I have an excellent review for Plano Marine. My sales person was Jack and he was outstanding! He was professional, responsible, and personable. He did what he said he was going to do in a very timely manner. He was extremely knowledgeable and he did whatever he could to point out ways of saving me money. He answered every question I had and was encouraging if I had more questions to contact him at any time. He was not the least bit pushy, but very patient with me. He was very thorough and everything went smoothly. I consider him honest and I trust what he says.

Plano marine has been amazing to deal with from both the sales side and the service side. I recently had a service issue with my boat and Greg from the sales side stayed late so I could drop my boat off. Chris and Mark in service were able to diagnose and fix the problem in a very tight window that I had because I needed my boat back quickly. I have driven past Plano Marine for nearly 20 years but had never used the parts & service. I assumed that, due to the location, they must be expensive and couldnt care less about a small boat owner like me. I was completely wrong. After a terrible experience with a shop near Lake Lavon, I placed a quick call to the service department and was immediately impressed. After asking about some routine maintenance, I very surprised to find that they were less expensive than the other guys. I have now had several occasions for service, including a not-so-minor repair to my 85 Mercruiser outdrive and each of my experiences has been excellent. And, equally important, their prices have been less than other local shops. The mechanic has spoken with me on each occasion and has answered all my questions politely and thoroughly. Furthermore, they deliver when promised. (The other shop kept my boat more than 90 days AFTER the date it was promised despite constant phone calls and promises.) I highly recommend Plano Marine for service. I plan to visit the sales department for an upgrade in a couple more seasons

The service department was great! Very patient and courteous with me over the phone each time I called during a problem that I was having with my trailer and finally ended up coming to my house to help with the situation. That is service that I can rely on!

We picked up our new Pontoon Boat Friday afternoon and the overall experience was great. Tommy (the old man in the corner) and Judy in finance went our of there way to keep our transaction smooth. The staff in accessories was also very helpful. Our G3 Pontoon Boat is awesome. Plano Marine is a very down to earth place to do business, we highly recommend them.

I just wanted to say thanks again for going the extra mile to find the root cause for my running out of fuel while idling issue with my 2010 Yamaha F225.

Our recent buying experience from Plano Marine was all you could hope for. Our salesman Robert knew boats and was easy going and not pushy. The delivery with Greg Ray was excellent. Greg drove over 3 hours with a 31 boat, stayed all day, went over every aspect of our boat, including dock lines and installing and remove the full winter enclosure. He never once rushed us. Gregs follow-up with questions from an inexperienced boat owner was above what would have been expected. I would recommend Plano Marine to anyone especially a 1st time boat owner. I know myself and our family will do our boating business with Plano Marine from now on.
